Production process of plastic cylinders：

1.PVC, PET sheets are welded into cylinders through semiautomatic or automatic cylinder machine；

2.Then, the upper and lower ends of the plastic jar body are crimped by the curling machine；

3.The Cylinder Bottom seal with lids: normally two way, ultrasonic welding & Gluing

4.Lids making:normally made by vacuum forming machine.

5.then the cylinder making finished.
